02 / Personal data processed

When you contact the service by WhatsApp or email, the following may be processed: your name, contact details, enquiry content, dates and destination, vehicle preferences, intended use and any other information you choose to share.

During browsing, technical data necessary for site operation, security and abuse prevention may be processed. With your consent, statistical information about visited pages and interactions may also be processed through Google Analytics 4.

WhatsApp is provided by Meta as an external service; email communications are handled by the relevant email providers.

• Handling and responding to enquiries: taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Checking availability and terms: processing only the data required to assess an option, possibly with the operating partner STZauto.

04 / Recipients and external services

The website is built and hosted on Webflow. The interactive Porsche 911 experience, launched only on request, is hosted externally on Cloudflare Pages. Enquiries are managed via email or WhatsApp depending on the chosen channel. For a specific enquiry, strictly necessary data may be shared with STZauto Sales & Luxury Rent, the operating partner responsible for checks and rental arrangements, or with other parties involved in the service where needed and according to their respective responsibilities.

Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, is loaded only when consent for statistics is given. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; any international transfers must comply with GDPR safeguards, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

05 / Retention and security

Contact data is retained for as long as needed to respond to an enquiry, manage any resulting activities and comply with applicable obligations. Longer retention may be necessary to protect rights or meet legal duties. Technical data follows the retention periods and settings applied by the providers.

For enquiries that do not proceed, data is retained for the period necessary to manage the contact and any subsequent activities. For statistics, the retention settings configured in Google Analytics apply.

Where provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
